Asian American and Asian Students

The University of Minnesota has a vast array of Asian and Asian American academic, cultural and community groups to become involved with on campus.

The University of Minnesota-Twin Cities is designated by the U.S. Department of Education as an Asian American Native American Pacific Islander Serving Institution (AANAPISI). To be eligible for AANAPISI status and funding, institutions must have an AAPI student population of 10% or more and demonstrate initiatives that support AAPI students.
