We hear from students that it can be challenging to find services and support just for them. This website is a collection of resources found across the Twin Cities campus that primarily serve specific student identities and promote community, inclusion, and student success.

Student Data
The diversity of our student body is one of our greatest strengths. The following data represents some of the university metrics.
Race/Ethnicity of UMTC Undergraduate Students
Undergraduate Student Equity & Success Committee (USES)
The Multicultural Student Success Steering Committee seeks to improve the retention, graduation, and campus climate outcomes for undergraduate students of color and American Indian students.
The committee is composed of leaders from key areas on the Twin Cities campus who focus on the experiences of underrepresented students. The committee works to advance the recommendations from the 2019 Multicultural Student Success Committee report, which seek to:
- Increase financial support for low-income students
- Examine institutional structures and effectiveness
- Improve the classroom climate
- Increase direct support and programs for multicultural and underrepresented students
